Our Neighborhood
Our neighborhood consists of 36 semi-custom homes in Old Town Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, ranging from 2,000 to over 5,000 square feet. The community is surrounded on all sides by trees and an elegant stucco wall with columns, separated by ornate black iron fencing. SBV residents also enjoy two water features unique to the area: a long arched fountain at the entrance, and a circular fountain in the back culdesac. With direct access to the 10-mile long Waccamaw Neck Bikeway across the street, less than a mile walk to the famous Marsh Walk a short 3 mile drive to Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens, and a 5 minute drive to Surfside, Garden City, or Litchfield Beaches, SBV residents are nestled among marsh life and in the heart of paradise!
Murrells Inlet
Murrells Inlet is an unincorporated area and census-designated place straddling the line between Horry and Georgetown Counties in South Carolina, United States. The population was 7,547 at the 2010 census. The community was once primarily a fishing village, but has grown substantially in modern time, along with the rest of the Grand Strand, into a popular tourist and retirement location. It is most famous for the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, a 1⁄2-mile-long (0.8 km) boardwalk overlooking the salt marsh between Garden City Beach and Huntington Beach State Park, where many restaurants entertain locals and tourists year-round.
